About Chris

I am a registered United States Patent Attorney, and licensed to practice law in North Carolina (active) and Maryland (currently active). I am interested in opportunities to work with intellectual property owners to strategically manage and develop their patent portfolio. (Please send inquiries via email to chris@bosken.com.)

I am currently living in Elkridge, MD, in the greater Washington DC/Baltimore metro region. In 2011 I joined the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner in the gaming arts. I grew up in North Carolina, and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2003. Three years later I graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law.

Since graduating law school, I have helped clients develop and protect their Intellectual Property portfolios through a combination of patent prosecution, patent litigation, and licensing.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling, working on my garden railroad, and watching the Wolfpack.
